We are AGS Group - Service company with 10 years experience in consulting service. We are looking for Internal Finance to support for Admin Team.
The main task- Support managerial accounting operations including A/R, A/P, Cost Accounting, Revenue;
- Check document, make and send payment data via internet banking, e-tax, payment order to get payment approval;
- Check Cash withdraw budget and in charge of Cashier, cross-check actual cash balance and cash report balance;
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts;
- Cross check and analyze Accounting and Finance report;
- Prepare and publish timely report related to internal financial control;
- Collaborate well with Internal Accountant, Sales team and other Admin members
- Support month-end, quarterly-end and year-end close process in accounting and auditing.
We are looking for- Master in Excel (accounting, finance)
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Logical thingking, Analytical, creative problem solving, and innovative solutions skills
- Administration, controlling skills
- Ability to create appropriate written reports
